Really enjoy my primary doctor and my experience was ok up until now. My complaint isn’t with the doctors at the location (and nurses) but mostly the call system staff (whoever that is). Whatever new automated calling system they have is TERRIBLE. It’s taken me multiple calls to simply come in and get a shot I needed. I have been transferred to nurses then nurses have transferred my calls to the wrong places when I need to make the appointment with them. Genuinely the worst medical office I have ever had to work with. I scheduled a follow up from ER with them today against my better judgement because I haven't established with a new PCP since insurance change. Office staff are often very rude both in person and on the phone. The ones who are polite often seem confused by how medical billing even works. The office staff deserves zero stars. Honestly should shut this location down or fire the lot of them and start over. - Front desk staff laughs at people when asking questions about vaccines they don’t agree with (Deb?). My wife became ill with a U..T I. a Sunday night during a bad snowstorm in mid March. I called 911 and they came out immediately and took her to the hospital. The next morning at 3:05 A.M. they called me to come and get her in the middle of the storm. My phone was off being recharged and I was sleeping and did not even know they had called. Then at 6:00 A.M. I was awakened by security where we live to tell me my wife was outside of our condo in the snow storm in a stretcher on wheels to be delivered into our condo. I tr... read more
Dr. Golan was very helpful and Addressed my needs immediately. I had told her my prescription drug was very expensive and she gave Me a prescription for a different drug. After checking the price I decided to stay with the drugs she originally prescribed as the cost difference was not that much less and I was having no after effects with the drug I’m taking.
