Really enjoy my primary doctor and my experience was ok up until now. My complaint isn’t with the doctors at the location (and nurses) but mostly the call system staff (whoever that is). Whatever new automated calling system they have is TERRIBLE. It’s taken me multiple calls to simply come in and get a shot I needed. I have been transferred to nurses then nurses have transferred my calls to the wrong places when I need to make the appointment with them. Genuinely the worst medical office I have ever had to work with. I scheduled a follow up from ER with them today against my better judgement because I haven't established with a new PCP since insurance change. Office staff are often very rude both in person and on the phone. The ones who are polite often seem confused by how medical billing even works. Mary O’Meara APRN was wonderful!!! She is kind, compassionate and very knowledgeable. She listened to my concerns, encouraged me in my wellness journey, and was efficient. I am very grateful to Mary O’Meara!
I really like this office. The building is beautiful and fresh renovated. My PCP is Mary O'Meara, she actually takes time and listens to all my concerns. She is quick on refills, referral, and whatever I may need. I would recommend this office.
My wife became ill with a U..T I. a Sunday night during a bad snowstorm in mid March. I called 911 and they came out immediately and took her to the hospital. The next morning at 3:05 A.M. they called me to come and get her in the middle of the storm. My phone was off being recharged and I was sleeping and did not even know they had called.
