Dr. Surgeon Jennifer Kim has given me new life after a huge major surgery and hospital stay! I am in very capable hands with this angel of a surgeon. She has restored my health! Always be greatful to this talented surgeon!
I had hernia surgery performed by Dr. Jennifer Kim. She used a robot. I had inguinal hernias (both sides) and a smaller one around the umbilical cord. Everything went smooth and successful. No muss no fuss. OSF staff were great. Dr. Kim explained things very clearly and has a great personality. I gave a 5 because I really can't imagine how my experience could have been better.
Dr. Smith and staff are excellent. The care and service was outstanding. This was my first breast surgery. So explaining the procedure was crucial for me to understand. He was attentive to my questions and concerns. I would recommend expertise to those who need a good surgeon. The operating room staff and recovery room nurses were awesome.
My 3 year old had bilateral eye surgery this morning. I'm still over the moon with the treatment she received from the receptionist, anesthesiologist, nurses, Dr. Gore and Stacy. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart for making her day as positive as possible.
You would think having your back cut open wouldn't warrant a 5 star review but this practice was very efficient and accommodating. From the lady smiling at the front desk to the super sweet nurse, Katie, to the calm talented physician Benjamin R. Gerber, MD. They made me feel so comfortable and got the job done.
