Staff was rude and unhelpful when I first called in a few weeks ago, I chose to see a different OBGYN and was immediately hospitalized due to my condition while OSF was refusing to see me in office until late December. I have since canceled all appointments and they are still harassing me with calls and messages to sign up for their on call services despite me telling them every time that I have found a different provider. I've had an appointment booked for 5 months. Get a call yesterday it needs to be rescheduled but then the gal said we will keep it ... sorry for confusion. Get a call today that they are overbooked and need to reschedule for a month out. So .... you weren't overbooked when I made my appointment 6 months ago. Why were so many apt. booked?!?!? I had my appointment sometime ago, Dr Yednock was very nice and listened to me and answered all my questions. The only issue I had was I had arrived on time and I was put in the exam room for 3 hours, my ride texted me to ask me to step out and make sure they didn't forget me,and when I did step out they let me know I was the last patient to be seen, even though I was far from the last patient to arrive, since I saw all the people who came in after me while I was still in the public waiting room, I just thought it was odd a... read more
Had a lovely appointment, Dr Yednock was great as always and I really appreciated staff keeping me updated on if the wait would be long or not, Victoria was very sweet and kept checking on me
I set up an appointment 4 months ago to have a 3D ultra sound done and they only did a regular one when the appointment was for a 3D one. These obs dont listen to anything either. My ob literally put down some random name for the baby that i said i didnt like then also never took a family history to know if they had to look out for anything.
