Didn’t really care for the experience during my first pregnancy. I went and was told I would be scheduled for ultrasounds I haven’t had one ultrasound and I’ve been going since I first found out I was pregnant. Was going on 24 weeks still no ultrasound. They don’t do anything in this office. You go in the obgyn, who is also not very friendly or welcoming, listens to the heart beat with a Doppler every visit and sends you to multiple different locations for blood work, ultrasounds, etc. because she doesn’t do them in her offi... read more
Daryl and Anthony should not be working at the Halsted office. They are always sleep when you call. This place always cancels Dr Foster’s appointments at the last minute. Is she a doctor or not???? If she always has an emergency, then there needs to be more doctors. Get retrained on empathy and professionalism.
I've had several bad experiences here. They give wrong info so you are misled, and I'm learning they have no idea what to do. Professionalism along with earning trust because they actually care would've been nice. I was warned by a friend who only worked there ONE day and asked never to be sent back. My doctor is what brought me here, but I won't come back. I'll go to his other office. Because of not being taken care of properly, I might lose pay at work from being forgotten about. Unbearable. My wife has a potentially serious medical problem and I wanted to find out if she needed to come in. They wouldn't even hear what her problem was, claiming it would violate Hippa if I even asked the question. They then told me that she needed to start valuing her own body and take the 15 minutes to call them, that she should do it on her lunch break or one of her 15 minute breaks throughout the work day.
