I switched here from carle halfway through my second pregnancy because I felt like I wasn't getting personalized care.The staff is so friendly and present .Dr.Schmila has a way of making you feel so comfortable even when it's difficult .The office was clean and you can actually get ahold of them , not waiting on hold 30 minutes to be kicked back and still have to leave a message with someone sitting at home just to not be called back for hours or days ! I love this office!
This place is horrible for first time mothers. Firstly the offices and equipment are so dated and dirty. I immediately didn't feel comfortable there. I had my first trimester appointments with Shmila and Rajjoub. Shmila always seemed too busy to acknowledge my needs or questions. As soon as the ultrasound was done she'd edge her way to the door and race out of there before I had a chance to ask any questions. She never even gave me a due date. I like going here until you need medicine and they keep saying the doctor haven’t looked at your results then a week goes by and you still haven’t heard nothing from them
