The staff are generally rude, and for example, I returned 48 hours after my initial physical appointment for them to “read the results of my TB test” and complete the forms. While they did give me the “completed” forms, they neglected to put the results of the TB test on the forms they filled out. I now must make another appointment and at least 2 more visits! Unfortunately it seems that if you’re getting work done here, YOU need to ensure the staff are doing their jobs 🤷
Everyone there is nice except the Doctor if you have white coat syndrome and need a little understanding it doesn't matter if you take pictures of your bp and show them your getting a 3 month nevermind the FMSCA rules he doesn't know them ...he lies and tells you he's VERY Lienant but he's not!!!!!
Truck drivers- Avoid getting your DOT physical here. OSF is pushing the CPAP machine on every driver that walks through the door.
no one should ever go here for a DOT physical. everyone was very friendly except the doctor is extremely rude and belittling the entire visit. i’d rather drive an hour + than have to see that guy
