I have called the occupational health clinic for three days now. No one answers the phone or returns my multiple voicemails. I am a travel nurse trying to get my pre employment testing completed.
No one answers the phone I called 9 times n left a voice mail yesterday to know what time my appointment was no call back tried twice until I called 7 times today and left a messages saying it was ridiculous that no one can answer a phone
Don't take your medical records to osf...as they will not return it to you even if they say that they will. They will ultimately take your file, give you the run around about not having it completely looked through yet, then when they're finished with your paperwork, they'll destroy it. So you will have to order your records again, if you bring them to osf.

Went on to have a simple drug urine test done,arrived at 8:10am. Waited a hr and the noise was completely OVER LOUD early in the morning, other person waiting was rude,playing video to the max volume,staff didn't stop it. Not everyone is under stimulated,many are overstimulated and have sensory issues! not every one wants to hear all that noise. You should know this working in a healthcare building and healthcare!!
