I know these places have different staff in and out of them all the time, so I usually don't review based on one experience. However the last 2 times I've been in, the staff refused and/or didn't know an effective treatment which seems ridiculous. The first time, I went in for a huge allergic reaction. Do NOT consent to let OSF "listen" to your visit for MyChart. I came here with a severe allergic reaction to both arms, legs, and neck. I could tell the nurse didn't want to deal with this when I explained what was going on. She told me to sit down and wait, it was very busy. She actually tried handing me a card and told me I can just leave and call the number on the card to speak to a nurse instantly... I drove 30 minutes just to sit there in the chair, why would I leave so I could talk to a nurse over the phone. When ... read more
OSF prompt care was amazing. They were open on Christmas. I had been sick all week with a killer sore throat. They were very professional and kind and diagnosed my strep throat in no time flat. They had antibiotics on site and I was able to get on them immediately, of which I was very grateful because I don’t think any pharmacy was open on Christmas. Thanks to all the staff who took good care of me on Christmas Day. Much appreciated!
Beautiful practice. Kind staff that listen with care to your concerns. They do a great job explaining things when you don't understand. Efficiently in and out in a timely manner. Also appreciate on site pharmacy at a reasonable price. This facility is great to have in our community!
Washington urgent care is a joke. “Our person is on their last patient and then they’ve got a half an hour break. You can schedule an appointment but it probably won’t be until after 1:30. “ I was like even though I’m bleeding and she’s like “well.
