DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE SICK - i was very sick when i came to urgo, i had a fever when i came in there and they didn't test for covid or flu because they said since i had already been sick for 2 days "it wouldn't help" they gave me the option to test for strep but not the other two - the doctor said i had a lot of fluid in both of my ears but said to take over the counter allergy medicine to help. i went 2 days later to a different PROMPT care location because i wasn't getting better from allergy medicine... i wonder why. ... read more
I’ll be honest, I was a bit unsure about coming to OFS OnCall Urgent Care. I walked in expecting a less than great experience, but I’m very glad I decided to go anyway. My visit was the complete opposite of what I expected. Dr. Simeon Johnson was patient, and attentive. She listened to my concerns and I didn't feel rushed or dismissed. A complete waste of time and money. Did not know what my condition was and did nothing to help me figure out what it was. Said we are limited in what we can do here, go see your primary care. Basically telling me we don’t have the medical knowledge to analyze you. Little to no questions to analyze what’s wrong, just tested for strep that was negative and that was the limit of their concern. It never was this bad here in all my previous visits. Will never go back
Extremely satisfied with the care I received. They even helped me find a Primary care provider to continue seeing since I recently moved to Normal Illinois. I would highly recommend them.
I visited this location this week and unfortunately had a negative experience from start to finish. After checking in, I waited in the lobby for over an hour to be seen, though there were only two patients in front of me. The staff on call at the time moved at a snails pace with no rush to see patients or get them into a room. Once I was in a room, I was charged for my visit before I ever saw a provider.
