I scheduled a 10 AM appointment on my phone with ease. Completed all registration and patient care information from the comfort of my home before arriving. I was seen promptly upon arrival, greeted by Chelly, who was very personable and continued my care in the room. Leah and Katie were the providers who evaluated me. They were both friendly and performed the appropriate tests and ordered medication in clinic to help heal me quickly. Chelly led me out with a care package and well wishes. 10/10 for me- Front office was kind at check in- as well as the check-in nurse. Leah was kind and quick in her assessment and I appreciate her getting me out quickly. Overall a wonderful - quick experience for someone who is not too keen on any doctor office. I came in for a strep test and it was so quick! Super convenient to be able to pick up the antibiotics right there in the office too.
Reception team was very polite and professional, Rad Tech that took me back to the procedure room was also very nice and spoke to me like a friend. Heidi was great! She was able to get my laceration repaired quickly and had a great personality for having conversation during the suturing. Love having this Urgo so close to home.
The nurses, nurse in training, assistant and receptionist are all very friendly, cordial, and attentive. They worked very efficiently and I was not in the exam room very long at all. It was a very pleasant experience, all things considered.
I made the decision to go to the Morton OSF ONN CALL last night at about 7:45 knowing that they close at 8pm. When Jo got there at 7:55,they opened the door and asked, ‘What seems to be the issue?’ and ‘how can we help you tonight?’ then they lead me into the closest Examination Room, took my info and got my vitals and then the nurse/ provider came in and we addressed my medical issue in no time.
