Reception team was very polite and professional, Rad Tech that took me back to the procedure room was also very nice and spoke to me like a friend. Heidi was great! She was able to get my laceration repaired quickly and had a great personality for having conversation during the suturing. Love having this Urgo so close to home.
10/10 for me- Front office was kind at check in- as well as the check-in nurse. Leah was kind and quick in her assessment and I appreciate her getting me out quickly. Overall a wonderful - quick experience for someone who is not too keen on any doctor office. I came in for a strep test and it was so quick! Super convenient to be able to pick up the antibiotics right there in the office too.
The staff and APN were very attentive, accommodating, and kind and the place was clean, bright, and cheerful. I always love to see a crucifix in the room as well. Treatment prescribed had me feeling significantly better by day’s end. Would absolutely recommend.
Great service! Everyone was friendly from the minute I walked in (from the front desk, intelligent MOA, and APP). I was evaluated and treated immediately. I also received the antibiotic at the visit. Started treatment right away. Did not need to go to the outside Pharmacy! Sooooo convenient! Thank you!
My husband came in here to be treated a few days ago. It was the best visit! It was quick and everyone was so friendly. Kayla roomed us and did a wonderful job! Chelly and Roben were up front and very welcoming. Lori the provider was very thorough and pleasant.we were able to get his medication there which was amazing ! I would highly recommend this facility, my husband, who doesn’t visit medical offices often, was very impressed!
