I went into OSF Urgo and had the pleasure of seeing Evalynne Basso, APN. She was absolutely fabulous! The CMA who assisted me during my visit was also wonderful, though I didn’t catch her name. Evalynne took her time with me, answered all my questions, and was so kind and gentle. She didn’t rush me at all and explained everything in full detail. My husband came in here to be treated a few days ago. It was the best visit! It was quick and everyone was so friendly. Kayla roomed us and did a wonderful job! Chelly and Roben were up front and very welcoming. Lori the provider was very thorough and pleasant.we were able to get his medication there which was amazing ! I would highly recommend this facility, my husband, who doesn’t visit medical offices often, was very impressed!
I took my 2 year old daughter here today for fever, cough, and runny nose after being exposed to RSV on Friday. I told them she was exposed & they initially weren't going to swab her but with it being Christmas Eve I insisted because I wanted to know. The lady who took her vitals & roomed her was very blah & was also the person who did her swab. She shoved it so hard and so far into her nose that her nose was pouring blood for 15 minutes. If you live in or near Morton and are interested in getting your flu vaccine, I highly recommend going to OSF OnCall Urgent Care in Morton. I got my flu vaccination there yesterday and had a favorable experience beginning with the friendly lady at the front desk until I walked out after receiving my shot. Be wise and get your vaccine now…..remember it takes approximately two weeks for our immunity to begin working. Let’s do all we can to stay healthy!!
The Morton OSF OnCall Urgent Care team was very helpful, efficient and empathetic. They had the medication on hand at OSF that was needed for my prescription. Not having to go wait at the pharmacy to have the order filled was a huge benefit when I needed to get back to work. Thank you for caring and serving well!
