From the moment of our first visit and everyone in between, they are always efficient, professional, and kind. Their courteous approach to patient care is remarkably consistent, making a stressful situation much easier for my family and me.
I was there two days ago for sinus infection. I was told I had no ear infection and nothing was wrong. I went to christie today I have a double ear infection and bronchitis. The doctor was dismissive and trying to hurry in and out. If I had listened to him I would've been in worse shape than I am today. Everytime I go here they never help. I dont know what these other good reviews are about. Ill choose not to speculate on why some peoples experiences are better than others.
I had no place to turn for the injury I had. I had cut my thumb with a vegetable cutter known as a mandolin. I cannot travel out of town I have no Reliable transportation at this time. This is the first time I have ever been to this establishment. From beginning to end everyone I dealt with was courteous and expedited my care!!! I would DEFINITELY RECCOMEND OSF to everyone I know!!!
From the moment I walked in the door I had a great experience! All the staff from front to back. We're friendly, professional & helpful! I was kept informed during my entire visit. Very efficient & never waited too long!
Bobbie got me checked in quick and then Miki got me back in a clean room right away. John the provider we in within no time and got me medicine so I can get better. I will be coming back when I need too.
