Had to wait a little while to get in others came before us. A just like any other doctor’s office you wait in the room too. The nurse was very friendly with me and got the information that she needed. Doctor was through with me about what I came in for. Asked if I had any questions or concerns about today. Very clean and nice environment I would say I would go back again.
The care is amazing. Not a fan of touching the iPads everyone else has touched, but that's really my only concern about the place. The care team and healthcare providers are really kind and listen to me like a friend. I feel safe and taken care of there, and the wait has not been crazy long. I went here due to a never ending facial pain and headache. I was treated so nice by everyone. I was also offered to buy my script there which was a huge relief knowing I wouldn’t have to wait at the pharmacy. I will definitely go there again and recommend them.
I brought my 3 year old daughter in a few days ago because she had a cough and fever. They need to be sure even when a child is distraught to listen to their lungs no matter how long it takes. She did not listen via her back side and just the front. She said her lungs sounded fine for being as sick as she seemed. They ruled out that it wasn’t Flu and Strep. I recently visited this Osf on call urgent care for a fall . I found everyone from the receptionist to the nurse, taking the blood pressure to the doctor that took plenty of time to examine me, to be very caring, pleasant, professional, with my examination, And what I needed to do. Also, I just received a text to make sure that I was Feeling better. I have and will continue to recommended them to several friends and family members.
