It was holiday weekend and getting close to closing time, The team was wonderful. I was in and out in under an hour and they had antibiotics onsite to give me upon discharge. A truly great experience. Thanks to the wonderful staff my medical needs were met.
Had to wait a little while to get in others came before us. A just like any other doctor’s office you wait in the room too. The nurse was very friendly with me and got the information that she needed. Doctor was through with me about what I came in for. Asked if I had any questions or concerns about today. Very clean and nice environment I would say I would go back again.
Ali and Jocele at the pekin clinic were absolutely amazing. The ladies were all great but those ladies dealt with my 3 year old daughter, who is not the easiest to deal with, with care and patience. She had strep symptoms and an ear infection and they kept her happy and even gave her stickers and a ring which she still is wearing to this day 6 days later. 100% recommend. AND we used the online check in so we got in pretty quick coming from Mapleton area
Very impressed. Pleasant greeting by receptionist. I believe the nurse practitioners name was Melody. Couldn't have gone better! My wife Yvonne was the patient. Thank you again!
They got me right in with no waiting time, after my initial paperwork of course, and helped me with my neck. Sent my prescription to the nearest pickup location desired and were all very kind and patient. Thanks to everyone there!
