Urgent Care team members were professional, courteous and compassionate. Assessment was completed in a timely manner and all questions and concerns were addressed. Would highly recommend this Urgent Care location.
Fast, friendly staff, very professional and efficient. I had seven staples to close a gash in my scalp. I never had them before and they explained everything to me and everything went well. Can’t praise them enough.
Had to get a suture on my finger and went back to get it removed. Both times I was impressed. The whole staff was great. They made the process quick and easy.
Went to OSF and pleasantly surprised at how I was greeted and the facility. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this for non-emergency care and treatment.
