Absolutely do NOT go here. I had an appointment for 1:30 today for possible UTI. I waited until about 2:00 in the waiting room for them to take my urine sample. Then at 2:20, they came out to tell me and others who had been waiting (some even longer than I had) that they had no providers and everyone needed to leave. The lady who told us to leave said in front of everyone that my urine sample would be thrown away and couldn’t even be completed. There was no privacy or confidentiality. The provider working was very flippant, and did not seem interested in helping me until I actually asked her to examine me. Extremely disappointed with the entire experience(except for the PAS/MOA), as one of the biggest things with OSF is compassion and exceptional patient care.
Extremely poor care and communication. Would give 0 stars if possible. I went in on Thursday 09/04 for some testing, received test results within a day with no communication from the care team. Meanwhile, my infection spread and pain grew more intense. I missed one call from the care team, attempted to call back 2x and was hung up on both times. This was a 2nd trip for me in 3 weeks to an Urgo. The staff is simply fabulous at this location!!! In & out in about an hour & saved me a trip to the pharmacy by having exactly what I needed right there!!! Thank you ladies!!
If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD!!! I have been waiting patiently since 5:30 pm. It is now 7:15 pm and they started calling people back that came after me!! Rather have went to the emergency department its a joke!! All they say is im sorry for your wait! Like what!!
