Providers here are very kind very helpful. Absolutely recommend this urgent care those days that it’s packed but those days that you walk in you get taken care of and you walk out. I absolutely love coming here. I bring my whole family here from my father to my grandbabies, completely trust and them and in the care they give us.
The staff is always friendly, courteous and prompt. Dr. Payne is amazing she always intuitive to mine or my families symptoms and provides us with best course of action. Regardless if it's Me, my wife, or my kids we always receive outstanding care. I always feel confident going here whenever my family has a nonemergency issues.
Walked for treatment due a cat attack. The gentleman at the reception desk was kind and pleasant … the two nurses I saw were wonderful. Everyone there is so kind and the facility is extremely clean. My husband had a similar experience. Everyone there was amazing. Thankyou to everyone
Please train your front desk people. MADY can't even follow the basic instructions (printed out) about insurance. She said called my insurance (VA) two times and she said that I had no coverage. Which definitely do have insurance, verified with VA and went back in. The gentleman called and verified I do have insurance. Last time I'll use an OSF
It was perfect for my situation. I had cut my arm on a fence on a Saturday afternoon. I knew that I would probably need stitches, but dreaded the wait in the ER at the hospital until I remembered the Urgent Care facility in East Peoria. The got me right in and took care of me with no waiting. Thank you for having this facility available.
