They are very kind but absolutely don't know how to treat an ear infection. Ear infection got worse after they didn't listen to me and what I needed. They didn't believe the problem was both ears, told me to put the drops in both them but didn't even give me enough for the one ear.
I did a walk in appt to day for 2 of my grandkids that were sick. Staff was very friendly and helpful..I want to say ty to the girl @ the office who help me with filling out paper work as I had 2 to do...TYSM .All nurses and NP was very nice and answer all my questions.I rate em a 5 star
Don’t expect to be seen if you arrive at 7:45pm. They will turn you away. Even though it states they are open until 8pm. I went with my daughter who had gotten injured at cheer practice, we arrived at 7:45pm with all of the exam room lights off and the open sign off. The door was still open. We waited a few minutes and someone finally came to the front to tell us they were closing up already and we could wait til tomorrow.
This is based on everything. Was at the arena loading in. Had some issues and needed medical help. I arrived around 1030am on a Saturday. Checked in quickly and advised price, no-issue. I was seen in minutes maybe my condition who knows but it wasn't busy. My NP saw me, got X-rays and saw no fracture or breaks in the ankle or leg. Because I have good reason to be terrified of traditional medicine, I entered OSF OnCall Urgent Care trembling and praying! I’m sure it was easy to see how nervous I was and everybody there was kind direct and genuine. Having just moved into the area, I’m Thankful to know that I have a safe place to go when I’m down! 🙏🏽🥰🌈
