I usually go to either the prompt care in Sheridan square or off of route 91. I only chose this location because it was the only one with a scheduled appointment available, but man am I glad I did. At the other locations, I usually spend a minimum of a 45 minute wait. I waited for about 20 minutes here today. The nurse Hadley was extremely kind and helpful. I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at OSF OnCall Urgent Care today. I brought my 18-month-old daughter in because she had been vomiting for a couple of hours, and as a parent, I was very concerned about dehydration and whether she needed urgent care. Unfortunately, the visit felt completely dismissive. They did not offer any meaningful help, treatment, or clear guidance. I've been waiting here for walk-in care for over an hour and a half and still haven't been seen. While I want to note that the front desk staff are kind and not at fault, the provider's efficiency and communication are extremely poor. Sitting in a waiting for 90+ minutes without been seen by provider is unacceptable. If you need timely care, you may want to look elsewhere.

Friendly staff, listened to me and what was going on. Made sure knew my history with rare disease and infections. And very quick didn’t make me wait around for hours while feeling sick, I had an appointment at 3 and was done by 3:30 thank goodness since just wanted to be home in bed. They were outstanding in helping me feel better. Highly recommend urgo at Knoxville crossing

Nurse practitioner ignored my repeated concerns and did not evaluate thoroughly without being prompted. She did not run any exams. I had to call the clinic manager to push for resolution and further diagnosis. Don't waste your money, time, and effort here. You will go unheard unless you seriously advocate hard for yourself. I'm lucky to have a doctor in the family to know how to have responded but without this office made me feel like I exaggerated my concerns and disregarded.
