Friendly staff, listened to me and what was going on. Made sure knew my history with rare disease and infections. And very quick didn’t make me wait around for hours while feeling sick, I had an appointment at 3 and was done by 3:30 thank goodness since just wanted to be home in bed. They were outstanding in helping me feel better. Highly recommend urgo at Knoxville crossing
Nurse practitioner ignored my repeated concerns and did not evaluate thoroughly without being prompted. She did not run any exams. I had to call the clinic manager to push for resolution and further diagnosis. Don't waste your money, time, and effort here. You will go unheard unless you seriously advocate hard for yourself. I'm lucky to have a doctor in the family to know how to have responded but without this office made me feel like I exaggerated my concerns and disregarded.
Everyone who I worked with from the receptionist the nurse and the doctor I saw took very good care of me and made me feel like they cared and were concerned and wanted to make me feel better.
I visited OSF OnCall Urgent Care for rib/muscle pain and had a very disappointing experience. The provider didn’t examine me at all no touching the area, no movement check, nothing. They simply asked where it hurt, immediately suggested I “maybe go to the ER,” and then prescribed muscle relaxants without any real evaluation. I left with no explanation, no reassurance, and no sense that my symptoms were taken seriously. This felt rushed and dismissive, not like proper urgent care.
Great location! Great service! Positive and professional care givers! Keep up the good work to all those wonderful people at OSF !
