The staff here is beyond awesome,my experience on 6/5/26 was easily my best anywhere! Brenda,Rhonda,Blanca & Rachell made my health concerns Top priority! & after meeting their manager it was easy to understand why this staff was so professional but with a caring attitude, I left my appointment Better than when I arrived, im very thankful & grateful for all each of these wonderful professionals! The wait was less than 10 minutes. The electronic questionnaire was filled reducing the time spent with the provider. The nurse and the provider discussed my concerns with me. Examination was done with care. I felt heard and cared for. Loved the demeanor of the nurse and provider. Everyone was very nice and professional. Not my first time there. Last time was the same. I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received the young lady at the front desk was rude. Took her time waiting on me. I waited over 35 minutes before I filled out one piece of paper. A young man came in. He sat down. He filled out his paperwork, she proceeded to call him to the back I stated to her do you receive patients in any certain order and she said yes I said to her then why is he being seen before me and I’ve been here all this time. I am extremely disappointed with the care I received at the OSF Evergreen Park location during my visit with Tara Martin on 11/28/25. What should have been a straightforward medical visit resulted in my condition worsening overnight due to a lack of basic clinical attention, dismissive communication, and zero follow-through. From in-clinic registration, nurse to diagnosis by the APN, I left feeling better with the medical treatment given and kindness displayed by everyone! As a walk-in, the wait time was not long and the receptionist made me feel welcome with a pleasant greeting as soon as I walked to her desk.
