The staff here is beyond awesome,my experience on 6/5/26 was easily my best anywhere! Brenda,Rhonda,Blanca & Rachell made my health concerns Top priority! & after meeting their manager it was easy to understand why this staff was so professional but with a caring attitude, I left my appointment Better than when I arrived, im very thankful & grateful for all each of these wonderful professionals! I arrived at your clinic approximately seven minutes before closing Friday night (5/1/2026), seeking medical attention for symptoms that were causing me discomfort and concern. I took my baby to OSF Urgent Care and I met the most wonderful people. I wanted to personally thank Rhonda P, Robyn, Sahar, and Provider Michael for demonstrating the OSF values of love, patience, and kindness. You all went beyond to get him seen and we were in and out quickly. Thanks for all you do! You made this process easy.
First time utilization of OSF OnCall urgent Care. Wait time was decent. RT roomer/ xray tech was awesome. Good communication on next steps. Provider Michael was awesome as well. It was great to receive verbal results of official xray results as well as follow up call the next 1-2 days. I will return again if services is needed.
I came here on 06/19/26 for a drug screen for school. I appreciated the great customer service on the front end and the back end. The place was clean and they got me in and out. I wouldn’t mind coming here in the future again.
