The wait was less than 10 minutes. The electronic questionnaire was filled reducing the time spent with the provider. The nurse and the provider discussed my concerns with me. Examination was done with care. I felt heard and cared for. Loved the demeanor of the nurse and provider. Everyone was very nice and professional. Not my first time there. Last time was the same. The entire visit and staff were great. I love CPA Nora Murphy, she is great, very kind and shows her concern to patients. I been seen by her a couple of times before,I highly recommend OSF OnCall Urgent Care.

I am extremely disappointed with the care I received at the OSF Evergreen Park location during my visit with Tara Martin on 11/28/25. What should have been a straightforward medical visit resulted in my condition worsening overnight due to a lack of basic clinical attention, dismissive communication, and zero follow-through. I came in as a walk in. I was feeling really sick. My vision was blurry, my head hurt and they still gave me a tablet with questions to answer. The customer service was awful. The only person who helped me was a beautiful lady named Rhonda.
