First time utilization of OSF OnCall urgent Care. Wait time was decent. RT roomer/ xray tech was awesome. Good communication on next steps. Provider Michael was awesome as well. It was great to receive verbal results of official xray results as well as follow up call the next 1-2 days. I will return again if services is needed.
I came to this doctors office in a lot of pain. Had been hurting since June and walked in off the street the receptionist was extremely kind walking through the process I went to the back. I explained to the doctor what was going on with me and she diagnosed me with sciatica after examining she gave me medication. I went home. I’ve been to this clinic before, usually good experiences . This time, after making an appt, the staff immediately called and started trying to push me off to the ER. I was very clear when making the appt of my minor complaints and that I only needed documentation for work. When I arrived for my appt, the MA brought me into a room, no assessment, no questions, just back on trying to send me to ER. The staff here is beyond awesome,my experience on 6/5/26 was easily my best anywhere! Brenda,Rhonda,Blanca & Rachell made my health concerns Top priority! & after meeting their manager it was easy to understand why this staff was so professional but with a caring attitude, I left my appointment Better than when I arrived, im very thankful & grateful for all each of these wonderful professionals! I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received the young lady at the front desk was rude. Took her time waiting on me. I waited over 35 minutes before I filled out one piece of paper. A young man came in. He sat down. He filled out his paperwork, she proceeded to call him to the back I stated to her do you receive patients in any certain order and she said yes I said to her then why is he being seen before me and I’ve been here all this time.
