Trish the X-ray technologist and Sandy the Registered nurse were exceptional. They both have excellent bedside manner and explained everything they were doing. They asked several times if I had questions and explained them to my understanding. I hope I don’t ever have to come back but I’ll surely look for them if I ever do. I visited this OSF OnCall Urgent Care, and the employee was very rude in her behavior and reception. I filled out all of my child’s information, including health insurance details, name, and date of birth, yet she insisted that I complete additional forms. I had a sick child with me who is difficult to control; he is three years old. She should have been more patient or tried to help me, especially since my child needed assistance. Good place to been seen in a quickly and timely matter . I was able to get checked in,see the nurse practitioner and get ex rays all within about 30 minutes. I was also able to get some pain relief on a Sunday since I couldn't see my Dr and did not want to sit in an emergency room for hours.

They used to be good but now there’s a new cnp named Rhonda and she sucks. She was rude. She’ll just gaslight you and refuse you any testing and immediately tell you “I’m not going to prescribe you anything” when you didn’t even ask for medicine, just testing. I used to get the testing I requested here before but now it appears that’s too much to ask of a clinic. Now I have to go somewhere else :/

From check-in to check-out everyone was great. I arrived with a 9:00 am appointment they took me in right away. Diagnosis was given within 5 minutes. Which is amazing she. You are feeling sick. I have never been in and out at an urgent care facility like this And with great care!
