I'm an 26 yr IBEW union electrician I had to pee test for a new job site and the receptionist was a old heavy set black woman (I believe named Sandra but her name tag was covered) with an incredible attitude problem. I simply wanted to ask what they were going to be using my phone number for, and she didn't let me get the sentence out before she got loud and the rest of the interaction with her was just abrasive. This facility is on point with attention, care and knowledge when it comes to urgent care. Both Trish (care guide) and Mary (NP) were kind, listened to my issue and provided expert care on my visit. I get anxiety having to go to urgent care but they put me at ease and I knew I was in good hands. Even the registrar was friendly and kind. They are top notch and I am truly blessed and grateful to have had them taking care of me.
I had an excellent experience at OSF Urgent Care. I came in needing stitches on my finger, and the entire team made what could have been a stressful visit feel comfortable and reassuring. Emese Bedrosian APRN, CNP provided the best care that I’ve ever had in an emergency situation. She was professional, caring, empathetic, and took her time answering all of my questions. Excellent physician with an awesome bedside manner thank you Emese!!
I visited Osf on 95th and ridgeland and I was treated very well by receptionist. Then Vickie my nurse called me back and she was absolutely amazing. She was so knowledgeable and funny. Thank you Vickie for the laughs. Very much appreciated the doctor as well. Great place to go for your urgent needs.
