I'm an 26 yr IBEW union electrician I had to pee test for a new job site and the receptionist was a old heavy set black woman (I believe named Sandra but her name tag was covered) with an incredible attitude problem. I simply wanted to ask what they were going to be using my phone number for, and she didn't let me get the sentence out before she got loud and the rest of the interaction with her was just abrasive. I visited Osf on 95th and ridgeland and I was treated very well by receptionist. Then Vickie my nurse called me back and she was absolutely amazing. She was so knowledgeable and funny. Thank you Vickie for the laughs. Very much appreciated the doctor as well. Great place to go for your urgent needs.
This was my first time going to urgent care and the front desk lady was not at all happy to be there. I went on 12/13 and while the nurses were very nice, the front desk lady that evening was insanely rude. When I told her my duration of my symptoms she made a face. How is someone with that attitude supposed to work in healthcare?
Saundra is a very rude receptionist. Stating I have nothing wrong with me, that's definitely not her call. Giving me looks on why am I at the clinic made me feel unwelcome. Any healthcare workers should respect patients. This is not the first time I felt unwelcome in this clinic and it’s always the receptionist Attitude.
I went in there and they told me that I don’t need antibiotic. I told her my glance. I could swallow she told me one of my ears are bad. She told my wife that her left side of her glance is clogged. She didn’t even feel my glance. It’s like she wanted me to get out of there.
