I went in there and they told me that I don’t need antibiotic. I told her my glance. I could swallow she told me one of my ears are bad. She told my wife that her left side of her glance is clogged. Amazing atmosphere! I love the energy here! As soon as you walk in you’re greeted with a friendly smile and the place looks and feels so relaxing! I barely waited anything and the nurses were so informative and helpful! She even gave me some great tips on giving my smart baby her meds and the doctor was so patient and kind! Thank you for everything ladies and I will definitely be coming back!
I found out from them that they didn't have machines like CT to scan which was disappointing. They told me that then did some movement checks on my daughter and recommended scans. Working with my practitioner they tried to get scans ordered but my pediatrician wouldn't so ER was recommended. They called the ambulance for us and had they not my daughter could have died due to a rare health issue in which the small bowel telescopes into the stomach. The nurse at the front desk encountered an issue with my medical card, but she resolved it quickly. The waiting time was short, and the doctor in charge did her job perfectly. She seems to be a very experienced doctor. Thank you for your quick assistance and cooperation.
This was my first time going to urgent care and the front desk lady was not at all happy to be there. I went on 12/13 and while the nurses were very nice, the front desk lady that evening was insanely rude. When I told her my duration of my symptoms she made a face. How is someone with that attitude supposed to work in healthcare?
