I have been banned from this pharmacy for challenging 2 of the pharmacists on their day count. I was fine with their policy and date they were going to fill my prescription. I was just asking for a rational explanation as to how they came up with a 30 day count when it was obviously 31 days. Instead of giving me a rational answer I was banned and then they continued to slander me to my doctor, lol. I love this place and it's convenience they're super professional and always kind and helpful. 5th Ave Rockwood is the Swiss army knife of medical convenience.
In 2023, I had a major health event with multiple ongoing prescriptions. After picking up my meds the first time at OSF Pharmacy, I was so pleased that I moved all of my prescriptions here. They don't have online records and online ordering, but the automated phone system is fine. I love the atmosphere and people who work here. It's like going to a real Pharmacy from the old days where they actually care.
2nd dose of meds & Walmart $357. To fill as insurance wouldn't cover. $27 to fill at OSF Pharmacy still out of pocket:Nevertheless, big difference. I only asked because at discharge it was that price and you only want to get home when you have been in the hospital a few days. It is so nice to have meds when discharged from hospital stay.
If i could give 100 stars, i would. The staff here are awesome and really go the extra mile. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and always happy to be of assistance. This is my favorite pharmacy. 😍
