My grandma had surgery on Friday. The hospital nursing staff told us that they sent the medication hours ago and that it should be ready. The workers there had attitudes, they said they just got the prescription & guaranteed us that it will be ready Friday. They are closed over the weekend. They did NOT have it ready and she had to suffer from the pain over the weekend. This is very inexcusable and unprofessional. They have always gone above and beyond with their attention to detail! Being a diabetic, they contacted my doctor in order to get my monitoring system covered and found a discount too. I’m always greeted with a warm smile and an attitude of service. The Pharmacists and staff are wonderful human beings!!! Their snack selection is also quite extensive.
Receptionist was never properly trained on customer service. She’s always, and I mean always, busy behind the counter on her phone OR talking to someone about personal matters. The last couple times I’ve been there I waited 10 and 8 minutes for her to acknowledge me.
Jennifer Kolettis has been awesome every time my wife has come in for her appointments. Very friendly and helpful.
Nice people but really slow. Need to give a set time for pick up .
