I went in today for a cyst on my tailbone. These cysts are VERY painful and the only way to relieve the pain and pressure is to have them lanced and drained. I have had a few of these, so I know how they work. I am 28 weeks pregnant, so that does not help my comfort level and prevents me from taking pain relievers that actually work. Always have had good care here. They are quick and get me out with what I need. Hannah Donahue is the sweetest and really goes into detail about what is going on and what the treatment plan is. Made me feel at ease with all the pain I was in due to double ear infections.
I loved my experience with all of the staff today, from the receptionist to the nurse who saw my son. (I wish that I could remember her name.) We were seen right away & the nurse was very informative and quick, wonderful to my 1 year old who ended up having a double ear infection. This was our first experience with this prompt care. We will be going back when needed!
Went in 3 ish weeks ago. Fever, dizziness, and coughing. Nurse was rude and rushed me. Dr didn't let me finish my sentences about my symptoms. Dr also BARELY looked in my ears, and three weeks later, I'm still sick WITH an ear infection. I'm convinced if they had looked longer, I would have been fine by now. Horrible experience. Will NEVER come back. The one near Raab Road is SO MUCH BETTER
The staff at the Ft. Jesse location went out of their way to help me this morning. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thanks to all of you for the great service you provided me. You all are greatly appreciated!!!
