Cannot speak more highly of this team. I walked in while on a work trip and feeling ill, and I was seen within 15 minutes. Staff are friendly and great listeners. Doctors and NPs are clearly experts and benefit from affiliation with a real hospital system. Easily the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had. Thank you all!
I went in today for a cyst on my tailbone. These cysts are VERY painful and the only way to relieve the pain and pressure is to have them lanced and drained. I have had a few of these, so I know how they work. I am 28 weeks pregnant, so that does not help my comfort level and prevents me from taking pain relievers that actually work. I loved my experience with all of the staff today, from the receptionist to the nurse who saw my son. (I wish that I could remember her name.) We were seen right away & the nurse was very informative and quick, wonderful to my 1 year old who ended up having a double ear infection. This was our first experience with this prompt care. We will be going back when needed!
Went in 3 ish weeks ago. Fever, dizziness, and coughing. Nurse was rude and rushed me. Dr didn't let me finish my sentences about my symptoms. Dr also BARELY looked in my ears, and three weeks later, I'm still sick WITH an ear infection. I'm convinced if they had looked longer, I would have been fine by now. Horrible experience. Will NEVER come back. The one near Raab Road is SO MUCH BETTER
I am so displeased with this location. I was experiencing a list of severe physical symptoms, my pcp referred me to prompt care ASAP due to the schedule being full. I kindly asked my nurse before heading there, what could prompt care help. She replied and implied that they could do XY & Z to lessen the discomfort. Well, I came to find out really quick she was wrong. This location basically dismissed my symptoms and said “vitals looked fine” so I should be okay and if I was really suffering to go to the ER.
