This place is a joke. I was sent to get only a blood drawn from another clinic/doctor not in the osf system. I was made to give all kinds of info to them. Emergency contact, medacare card. I told them I'm retired she asks me when I glade I'm leaving illinois..... DO NOT USE THEM find someone else!

Some of the doctors and the practitioners here do not listen to you and will medical gaslight! Bedside manner also terrible. Please advocate for yourself and if they don't listen here please seek elsewhere until someone does listen to you. Only you know what your body is going through! Best of luck.

I really wish I could show my hometown hospital some love…. But I can’t, I’ve got covid and I’ve been trying get ahold of the hospitals prompt care since the 12-03-21 and every time I call they can’t be to the phone. It tells me my wait is 23-25 minutes…. Noooo it ends up being hours. I have insurance and needed to ask them how to get them it and I never get a call back or again it’s hours later. They’re trying to charge me for the bill anyway while I’m still in quarantine. Very disappointed!

I was impressed by all the staff and medical professionals who assisted me and preformed the procedures there were ordered for me that very day. God bless all of you.
