Horrible clinic. These people shouldn’t have jobs. I’ve had asthma and inhalers for over 20 years, went in for a doctors note for time missed from work and to renew my inhaler prescription. Gave me a doctors note, and the provider decided I didn’t need an inhaler anymore since I wasn’t wheezing even tho they never even checked or listened to my lungs. On top of that they told me I was about to have a stroke with my BP 174/118 but had no problem sending me out the door. This isn’t acceptable.

Service is always terrible and Doctors very blatantly do not care. Takes over 2 months to get an appointment with PCP. Came in here today to get paper work filled out for my son, couldn't even get that done while I was in there. Ontop of my paper work not being able to get filled out, it costs money to get said paper work filled out when you come in without an appointment. Very poor practice with them knowing how long it takes to get in with your PCP and yet still charging money to get paper work filled out without an appoin... read more

First time I went into Prompt Care on Thursday early afternoon. It is very nice inside. It was not busy. I wore a mask to protect others. I was waited on right away and the staff were very pleasant. I only sat maybe 5 minutes and was called right in. Rachel, CNP treated me. She was very nice and listened to all my concerns and symptoms. I don’t know why there are negative reviews, everyone is so professional and kind. I would definitely recommend to others.

If I could give 0 stars I would what a joke I took my daughter in for what the nurse at school thought was pink eye ( was not )but the nurse guy Keith tried to tell me my daughter had herps of the eye (scary thought) they wanted her to go to a special eye doctor we finally got in with the regular eye doctor who gave me the weirdest look after telling him what urgent care said also ensured me it was a cold in her eye. MD trying to send someone home who has obvious major infections in joint areas with exactly nothing but 'follow up with PCP,' over a long holiday weekend--and good luck getting in with them quickly anyhow--is *delay of care*. Had we followed that advice, there would have been a TERRIBLE outcome. Has MD ever heard of sepsis? Do better OSF. Staff with competent providers who actually give a crap. At least act like you care.
