Saw reviews and figured it couldn’t be that bad. It’s truly that bad. Not one person there seemed like they wanted to be there, nor did they care. Every nurse I met either had an “I don’t care attitude” or was very dismissing. The doctor was somewhat nice however walked in on her phone asked 1 question then left. Overall do not recommend at all unless it’s last case scenario.
The nurse practitioner was very sweet. However, the doctor that came in after her treated me like a complete joke he clearly did not care, and his tone was almost condescending. Pretty much sent me on my way and stated if things get worse in 2 days to come back, it’s clear he just wants more money.
The worst experience I've ever had from an urgent care. First the nurse said that she needed my weight so I told her she said no that you need to get on the scale I again told her my weight and she gave me major attitude and rolled her eyes at me so I said whatever and got on the scale. Since she gave me attitude I gave her attitude back she asked for a second person to be in the room. I went to the urgent care for sinus infection and clogged ears and the apn refused to do anything. Service is always terrible and Doctors very blatantly do not care. Takes over 2 months to get an appointment with PCP. Came in here today to get paper work filled out for my son, couldn't even get that done while I was in there. Ontop of my paper work not being able to get filled out, it costs money to get said paper work filled out when you come in without an appointment. Very poor practice with them knowing how long it takes to get in with your PCP and yet still charging money to get paper work filled out without an appoin... read more
Horrible clinic. These people shouldn’t have jobs. I’ve had asthma and inhalers for over 20 years, went in for a doctors note for time missed from work and to renew my inhaler prescription. Gave me a doctors note, and the provider decided I didn’t need an inhaler anymore since I wasn’t wheezing even tho they never even checked or listened to my lungs. On top of that they told me I was about to have a stroke with my BP 174/118 but had no problem sending me out the door. This isn’t acceptable.
