Worst urgent care experience ever. Truly. Let’s start back in November 2023, when I brought my then 1½-year-old daughter here for an unusual rash that was progressively spreading all over her body. We waited an hour and a half to be seen, which I understood because they were busy. However, once we were finally taken back, the entire visit lasted maybe 10 minutes. Can’t even give OSF any OSF a good rating as I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with them all not just for myself but my children as well with being misdiagnosed multiple times. Recently once again my daughter went with fevers of 102-103, cough, runny nose, and no energy..all they did was a strep swab..that came back negative and they pretty much said it can be from weather change and sent us home. We had a horrible experience with this clinic. The only good part of our visit was the patient access staff. The nurse practitioner we saw was Marcella Lemus. She was rude, spoke over top of me, and did not offer to get additional help. There was 4-5 nurses sitting at the nurses station on their phones, but you could not get an additional person to assist in holding a light and/or hold our child to remove an object from their nose? Service is always terrible and Doctors very blatantly do not care. Takes over 2 months to get an appointment with PCP. Came in here today to get paper work filled out for my son, couldn't even get that done while I was in there. Ontop of my paper work not being able to get filled out, it costs money to get said paper work filled out when you come in without an appointment. Very poor practice with them knowing how long it takes to get in with your PCP and yet still charging money to get paper work filled out without an appoin... read more
Saw reviews and figured it couldn’t be that bad. It’s truly that bad. Not one person there seemed like they wanted to be there, nor did they care. Every nurse I met either had an “I don’t care attitude” or was very dismissing. The doctor was somewhat nice however walked in on her phone asked 1 question then left. Overall do not recommend at all unless it’s last case scenario.
