Kurt is truly the gold standard when it comes to healthcare professionals. He’s kind, knowledgeable, experienced, attentive, and very genuinely caring. Helped me get my range of motion back in my neck and shoulder after a car accident. Couldn’t have wished for a better experience in treating and minimizing my pain. I just started coming here and although it is small and does get crowded the results are outstanding. Even as I type, I know that when I finish this review about Kirk, Talitha, (Reception Angie, Diane), and the other therapists as they enthusiastically yet therapeutically engage with them, I will do my exercises. Because they have taught me that they help, and I HAVE TO DO THEM WITHOUT THEM. PT is just like gym practice because you go home and find a field or rim to play on! Thank you, Kirk. Sincerely, Marlon
Do not use OSF Rehabilitation Center. I would give zero stars if I could. I had two appointments at this center to deal with pain in my glute. They billed me (and my insurance company) $885. The two visits were a total length of one hour. During the first visit I answered some questions to describe my condition and was given a series of handouts to help with the pain. I have, for the first time in my life, looked forward to going to PT. And Lynsie (sp), is the reason. She is so kind and so mellow and understands what my pains are and understands that she could exacerbate my pains via her actions. I love the convenience of this facility being only 2 miles away, even with Glen being completely ripped out and replaced. It still is close to home. I've been here twice in 2 years for similar issues but with different treatments. I have benefited amazingly both times however today was my last day of my current time. Sarah has been lovely in si many ways. She truly sees you, tries to use all her knowledge to help you in everyway possible. I've had at least 7 physical therapists in 3 different cities over the course of 15 years and she has by far understood my physical body needs and the underlying needs I didnt understand properly I needed.
