I went to my doctor because of some episodes with nausea and dizziness. She told me it was vertigo and referred me to this office to see a physical therapist. I have tried calling on several occasions but not once have they picked up the phone and answered my calls. I had a different number from this office call me and I was relieved thinking I would finally get to have an evaluation scheduled. I loved getting treatment at this facility. All of the physical therapists were attentive and nonjudgmental and listened to what I was saying instead of dismissing any of my concerns. The front desk is very friendly and works with you to get appointments scheduled around work schedules and any other issues you may have. They are very understanding of cancellations that may come up due to unexpected issues. All in all this is one of the facilities you can go to and be treated well and wherever you are at.

I haven't even seen the physical therapist yet. I have multiple health issues... the OSF physical therapy office seems to have trouble wrapping their head around the fact that people can have multiple health issues. I'm doing physical therapy on my neck for degenerative disc disease. But because an ENT from OSF misdiagnosed me, I've had to have multiple ear and skull surgeries this year.. again, completely unrelated to what I need to see the physical therapist for... and I've switched all ear and skull related matters to... read more

Physical therapist likes to sit down & talk 97% of then the entire visit does 4 minutes of pt. After she leaves and sits in her vehicle for a while.
