Walked in the office on Knoxville today and the young lady with long brown hair at the first seat didn’t even know I was standing RIGHT IN FRONT OF HER for a few minutes because she was on her phone. Then when I told her I was now late for my appointment she took forever to check me and my baby in. I usually wouldn’t write a review but this is not her first time. The Patient Access Associate was extremely rude and engaged in a verbal argument with my wife while she was attempting to set up an appointment. This type of behavior should NOT be allowed in any environment.

Staff at front desk makes it feel as you are an inconvenience. I went both for edema clinic and pt. Edema clinic is a waste of time. I ended up cancelling 3 out of 5 appointments because it was more of a sales pitch. I went looking for therapeutic massage and techniques I could use at home. It seemed she was more interested in selling me pumps and garments I didn’t want. Also the floor is filthy and I know this bc I had to walk back to my chair with no socks on. I had another appointment with the rehabilitation center on Sheridan Rd in Peoria. I have complained and talked to the manager named Quin and he said he would address the matter. So today I walk up and there was silence for about 5 seconds no one looked up or said a word until after 5 or 6 seconds. The man in the center thent said hello and we went from there. I looked forward to my first rehab appointment, however, I found an aggressive person who made me feel bad merely because, as I told her, for right now due to other upcoming appointments, I could only schedule 1 per week! I got the impression that she was going to request 3 or more per week … which is impossible right now! Also I do wish I could reliably cancel, as well as reschedule appointments online!
