I’ve been to this facility several times during the course of my life and each time I’ve been treated with compassion and respect. It is very difficult when your body starts to break down in different areas. I thank God for OSF and the staff they retain that loves to help us heal from our injuries in a loving and caring manner.
The physical therapist are top notch very kind and knowledgeable really great people. The fat lady at the front desk is a rude smart mouth she needs learn to keep her attitude to her self being talked to the way she did today 10/18/21 not what I come their for happens again I'll be taking to her boss. Making me wait as she talks on the phone with another employee and then making me wait when I leave so she can type stuff on the computer isn't exactly good customer service
