I recently had a procedure at OSF Women's Center and I cannot thank the team enough. The level of care I received was exceptional. Dr. Ambelang, Hannah, Amanda and Marcia were kind, caring and made me feel safe and comfortable. Procedure was clearly explained and all questions I had were answered. Everyone from check-in to mammogram to ultrasound to consultation to biopsi was so personable & explained everything to me, taking the time to show me every step of each process & photo. The doctor took down his mask before we spoke for true face to face & made mine as pleasant as this type of an experience could possibly be.
