Father in law (62 years old) was in a bad semi-truck wreck 5.5 hrs away from home and the ambulance took him here, little did we know that would be the biggest mistake ever. He told them his whole left side of his body was in excruciating pain, they took him in and he sat there for hours before being treated. If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband was rushed to Saint Francis ER for a trauma to his leg and foot due to a work related injury where 2tons of steel feel on leg and foot. The next nurse on duty must of been on her last 12 hour shift because she started off nice but at the end she seem agitated. We didn't do too much at all We were here for 10hours plus ... read more

It is one thing to have a busy, over loaded waiting room. To sit here for 15 hours watching someone that was here before me wait, immobilized in a wheelchair, with absolutely no one offering a water, a trip to the bathroom, nothing. Instead, we both had to sit here watching people get called back ahead of us who were here 3+ hours after we arrived. I hope she was able to get the care she needed. Not to mention, the bloody gauze on the floor when they were doing everyone’s vitals. Update: another patient needed a refill on th... read more
