The first thing we should notice is look at all the negative reviews My daughter has been trying to get her medicine refilled for two weeks. She calls Walgreens. They can’t get a hold of anybody at the doctors office. She called the doctors office, gets transferred to Peoria phones, leave messages. Nobody returns now she’s out of medicine. I don’t understand why we can’t talk to somebody after you’ve done everything on the phone system. I also need medicine…. Should I try hum

Tricia in the icu is inconsiderate and rude. My aunt has been in there since Monday (and has had 2 heart attacks this week alone)and the hospital has come to the conclusion that the best thing to do is to just keep her comfortable until her time comes (which is soon). So ofcourse us as family are making the trips to see her to keep her happy in this time. Behavioral therapy: uncomfortable, repetitive questions, had no idea what to do with me. Gynecology: I was falling unconscious from severe pain, abnormally high fever, solid tissue that shouldn't have been solid. I get shrugged at there's nothing they can do, besides maybe otc pain meds, they guess. I understand holes in knowledge, but— seriously? Whatever head nurse is known to be unpleasant, antisocial. Off in Dixon and Oregon a a dam joke. I'm here to get my daughter seen been waiting over 3 hours and people have rotated through the er. They can't tell me how long it's going to be. Who determines who is hurt more or who get to wait and who don't. This is ridiculous. Then another lady that's been waiting almost as long. Says she wanted to go to the PC and there on call nurse said go to the hospital. Wow same thing here. After a 20 min round of questions on the phone for that. Wow and it was the same clinic. Waited an hour to be seen while seven patients left, there was three of us in the waiting room. Finally got a room waited there for an hour before even a nurse came in and the only one that did was the billing lady asking for my insurance. When they did finally see me they tried to take blood and I have been told my whole life I have great veins and they missed and blew three veins first time in my life this has happened.
