Hard to reach someone on the phone. Almost impossible to schedule an appointment. Rude scheduler. I will go back to CGH.
I moved to Dixon,IL from Chicago (born and raised and lived all of my life) in March of 2025 bought my house. I was so happy to find a pediatrian walking distance from my house. I have a 4-year old and the when I called the clinic on the phone they were so friendly. I was able to bring my son's documents over the same day and they got my son's medical records from 2 different Dr offices in Chicago. Love the staff at OSF Edwards Clinic! There like family to us, we’ve been going here since my son was a toddler. Deb Gortowski is my son’s primary, and she is wonderful. She takes her time to know her patients and needs. My son has autism and she understands he has special needs and has great knowledge of his disability.
