first went to the urgent care, they said I could have appendicitis. then went to this location to be told during the first visit that I could have a kidney stone and to drink a bunch of water. went back per doctors instructions after pain and vomiting did not subside. Kept trying to tell my doctor that the pain and vomiting were constant and unmanageable, immediately prescribed meds that I could not digest and puked them all up, kept insisting that the pain was real only to be belittled by a PA, they will not take you seriou... read more
they administered medication for my anxiety and infection. I did not react well to whatever “anti-nausea” medicine the doctors prescribed me. They also said that I was being dramatic.
Came to the ER in excruciating pain ( turned out to be a kidney stone) Abbi Sorrels was my Nurse Practitioner and I cannot say enough good things about her. Addressed my pain, labs and CT immediately. She is so smart, kind, thorough, empathetic and so so knowledgeable. Explained what was happening every step of the way and I’m so grateful for her wonderful care.
Left me on the ground alone while I miscarried my first child. Would give 0 stars if I could. And yes before you ask, yes I am.
Awful experience. The wait was 3 hours and I ended up putting my own shoulder back into socket in the waiting room and they still charged me $3,000. Could not talk to anybody about my experience and they still continued to say that the charges were necessary. Will never trust this facility with my health again.
