Immediately was brought back and vitals taken. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Wait time was to expected as I was stable. The triage game is something I never want to win in, so waiting is fine by me! They were proactive about getting diagnostics started promptly. Results were available quickly and OSF MyChart provided updates regularly. Luckily was only there for 3 hours and it seemed pretty busy! I got my original ER care from Carle and refused to return due to their lack of patient care and improper/false me... read more

I woke up at 4am this morning to do what a 66 year older man does at that time in the morning. The left side of my face was severely swollen. It was shocking and my wife immediately said, “we’re going to the ER and I concurred. We arrived and the Triage nurse got me right in and a nurse (Summer) landed within 3 minutes. Started hooking me up me with the vitals and IV. Doctor Chung rapidly diagnosed my condition as a side effect from my blood pressure medication. first went to the urgent care, they said I could have appendicitis. then went to this location to be told during the first visit that I could have a kidney stone and to drink a bunch of water. went back per doctors instructions after pain and vomiting did not subside. Kept trying to tell my doctor that the pain and vomiting were constant and unmanageable, immediately prescribed meds that I could not digest and puked them all up, kept insisting that the pain was real only to be belittled by a PA, they will not take you seriou... read more

Jennifer Lema is the worst doctor I have ever seen. I hope I never have to see her in the er again. Between being treated and released then going to another OSF er the same day and being admitted do to low phosphorus. The being treated and misdiagnosed by her on a different occasion. Told your case isn't an emergency. We only treat emergencies here.

They verbally abused me and did zero for me, medically. I have never been more harmed. They were horribly disrespectful and did nothing much medically for me when I was exhausted and Ill. In fact the entire town is just like this, with an exception or 2. This was the worst ER visit I think I've ever had. Funny too because I was seen over at OSF in Galesburg and they treated me very well.
