I cant remember the lab tech who did my labs but she just had a birthday and turned 23. She really knew what she was doing drawing my labs. I almost always have to be poked more than once because my veins are so small and move a lot. I appreciate your care and attention to detail. Oh and happy birthday again!!
I have a daughter that's a type 1 diabetic. She had to go in for labs today. I want to say the staff was so friendly and nice. I can't remember her name but the nurse that did my daughters lab was awesome. She explained everything she was doing and made my daughter feel not so scared and comfortable and we appreciate her for kindness and patience. My daughter left feeling and knowing she doesn't have to be scared. Most people it's a job. But when you care it really shows. Thank you!! From the Rimmer family!!
I went in for blood work and the person checking me in was so kind and sweet! When I got called back to get it drawn the employee was also kind and made sure I was comfortable. I've donated a lot of plasma so I anticipated the needle feeling worse than it did. All it felt like was a tiny pinch and that's it. The staff is amazing and I'd recommend this place to anyone needing labs!! They were also super quick, I was in and out in 10 minutes.
Been to this location several times and always fast, efficient and kind. I have trouble having blood drawn and the nurses are always kind and patient with me. Amanda was especially good this most recent visit.
Never anything less than professional and nice. Been back and same great professional service. I’m baffled how Stephanie give them a one star review but at least it’s consistent with her other reviews. People like her don’t realize how these extreme negative reviews not only hurt businesses but misleads potential customers. How many 5 stars are needed to offset her review.
