Prompt friendly staff. The doctor explained the situation and treatment plan well and took time to answer questions. They ordered supplies for me while I was still in the office and provided me with supplies to cover a few days. I have a follow up appointment scheduled and can already see healing. I would recommend this facility.
It would be nice to have an examining table that can be adjusted for the ability of the patient to get onto it. My husband could not get up on it because of his disability, but could have if they could lower and raise the table. Instead he was strapped into a lift sling, and the pain from that position bothered him for a couple days. We have always had good care there, and we like everybody there, but they need some new updated equipment-and not one with a step up either-many people can't do steps including my husband. I went over to schedule an appointment across the hall after seeing my surgeon. I asked to setup an appointment for the following week. The receptionist, after pulling up my chart, got up and left without saying anything. 15 minutes later, Dr Edgecroft came up and basically berated me. He said he won't treat me because I wasn;t doing what I was told and other things. I asked what he meant by other things, he said I don't know, it is not in front of me, and he didn't want me there. Dr. Edgecomb and the staff are amazing. I've had a reoccurring wound and have been going to appt. for a couple of years. Everyone is like family at this point. They do everything to make you feel at home and give excellent care.
Honestly I really don’t understand why this office has a one star. My doctor Keller is amazing!! And all the staff are excellent as well! Since I’ve had my referral placed, I’ve been treated with the upmost best care I’ve ever received! I love osf and all the staff!! You guys keep being the amazing hero’s u are
