Dr. Hassel McNeil is the best doctor we’ve ever had! She makes all 3 of my kids so comfortable and she REALLY CARES about them. She answers any and all questions and concerns and is so engaged with each child & encourages siblings to make the check up visits fun and as comfortable as possible ❤️ Her staff is polite and helpful and super fast at response times, we also love Hannah!! Dr. Hassel McNeil has been my kids' pediatrician since my youngest was born. She is phenomenal. Truly. When she opened Our Village Pediatrics, I did not hesitate to follow her there. She is worth the drive to Canton, her former practice was literally walking distance from our house. Dr. H really, really listens to my kids and really, truly cares about them. Our Village is the most incredible pediatric office. Dr. Hassel and her team are truly such special humans who are amazing at what they do. We first brought our son to see Dr. Hassel when he was four days old and we immediately felt that we were in the best hands and that she and her staff would always been looking out for his wellbeing. I have finally decided to switch my son to this pediatricians office after 2 months of using them for my daughter, I’ve never been more thankful to meet a pediatricians office in my LIFE! The front desk staff are always polite and ready for any client that walks in (new or returning) I was so anxious after having my little girl of finding a new (and closer) pediatrician as my son has one 50 minutes from me (on a good day with light traffic…).
