I couldn't be more pleased with the service, the staff and vet were excellent. Chelsea got the best care and seems to be making a recovery. I won't hesitate to go back if Chelsea needs it again.
I always get cuddles and kisses when I see my special nurse ❤️ I even get treats. Luv Garry lol
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this clinic. I took my puppy in for a routine visit and left feeling very uncomfortable about the level of care and judgement shown. Two staff members took my puppy away to administer vaccinations without offering or allowing me to be present or hold him. Most vets I’ve dealt with encourage owners to stay to reduce stress, so this felt unnecessary and upsetting.
