I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this clinic. I took my puppy in for a routine visit and left feeling very uncomfortable about the level of care and judgement shown. Two staff members took my puppy away to administer vaccinations without offering or allowing me to be present or hold him. Most vets I’ve dealt with encourage owners to stay to reduce stress, so this felt unnecessary and upsetting. Recently transferred here from the cat vet ( who I also really rate) because the distance from my house was way to stressful for my anxious cat. Staff were fantastic , really understanding of her needs and kept her stress to a minimum. Gave me some extra resources to help with her which I really appreciated. Super impressed with the service and everyone was really lovely and helpful. Great stock of treats and food as well. Pancake thanks you guys so much!
