RecommendedKenz needed a massive operation and it was scarey for me, but Greg explained everything and gave a lot of time so we could ask all the questions we needed. Had such a wonderful doctor see my bunny, Flops, and I. Unfortunately Flops had to be put down due to a cancerous growth too large to operate on. The doctor was always gentle and kind until I had to say goodbye to my best furry friend. They sent me a lovely and thoughtful letter in the mail shortly after to offer condolences.
Thanks Our Vets for seeing Ben today! Even on an incredibly busy Sunday, you squeezed us in and went above and beyond to ensure our usually overzealous puppy returned to his normal self after some tests and TLC from your wonderful team. Ben didn’t want to leave (actually wouldn’t leave). Thoroughly recommend.

Ourvet RIccarton again exceeded my expectations. Jax is a part maine coon and was heavily matted. It was stressful for both mummy and Jax trying to dematt him. I phoned the vet, almost in tears and they could shave him this weekend. Brooke is an awesome member of the team. Very professional and you can see she loves animals. Great advise. Went to the Parklands branch today everyone there was so helpful and lovely and they were so kind to Stella and told her how pretty she is even with her poor infected eye. Thank you guys.
