I had an emergency plumbing issue on a Sunday and this was my first experience with Overall Plumbing. They were at my home within 90 minutes of my call and had the problem (leaking, worn out garbage disposal) diagnosed and fixed in under thirty minutes. Our repairman was friendly and down-to-business. He knew what he needed to do and why. He explained what needed to be done. He was efficient and didnt leave until the job was done and checked to be sure everything worked satisfactorily. This guy did a great job!

Not a great experience. I had a clogged kitchen drain. Called and was told they would come by with a free estimate. 500$ on up into thousands while trying to upsale me. Charged me 79$ for estimate. Found out later a lot of these plumbers are bought out by private equity investors. Got a local plumber at a reasonable rate.
