From the first moment meeting Mike, the Overholt manager in Madison, Fl 32340, it was excellent. I believe I have met a new friend! The sale was quick and I got an amazing deal when I bought the chicken coop. It is very well made and the chickens and I love it. Everything was well thought out and executed. There's a ventilation window, nesting boxes, feed storage area, and windows. Clean up is easy as their perches lift and clip out of the way and the slot on the floor opens to scoop poop right out. This was a great experience. We looked at multiple places before deciding to go with Overholt. The quality of the building was the selling point for us. Customer service was great, they communicated with us during the process and the driver was on time with the delivery and setup.
