The atmosphere is a delight from the time you walk in! During my son's visit, the staff showed him tremendous patience and love. To help him feel at ease with the procedures, they demonstrated what they planned to do. They genuinely care about the parents and patients. They address all of your concerns and give you a sense of being heard. I would give them more than five stars if I could. Excellent attention and service
We can’t say enough good things about this pediatric dental office. The entire staff is incredibly patient and kind, and they truly go above and beyond to make sure every visit is a positive experience. My children actually enjoy going to the dentist here, which says it all. My youngest needed quite a bit of dental work, including caps, and they made the entire process amazing , stress-free and reassuring from start to finish. My son got dental work done by Kin Cho Wong and even though I was scared, they reassured me and updated me and my partner through out the process. I really appreciated the check in post appointment. I’m very satisfied with Overjoyed Pediatric Dentistry. Thank you and all of you’re staff. My son is doing great and I feel a sense of relief.
Let me just start by saying this dental office is one of the best. The doctor and staff are caring and detailed. My daughter had severe anxiety and slowly but surely she’s becoming excited for her visits. Highly recommend!
Dr. Wong was very friendly and informative! He sang a few songs while cleaning my child’s teeth, and made sure to ask if I had questions. The office is inviting for children. I liked that my child was offered a token for a toy and sticker on the way out.
