I went for a consultation regarding a broken tooth. I was greeted by my first name when I walked in, which I like, and Jan took me to an exam room even before my appointment time. I had no down time due to waiting for someone to see me, and this is very important to me. Dr. Woltkamp saw me promptly and explained all of my options. When I left, I was presented with cost estimates for the two options under consideration. Things were running like a well-oiled machine that day.
