Not Build Right As I write this I am still living here. I will list everything wrong with how these are built. I can only speak for the two story I live in. 1. The HVAC unit does not have any way to circulate air around the house or from the outside. There is only one source for the air intake and that is right above the door of the room that the unit is in. Since there is no basement the house sits on a slab of concrete. Poor management Since ownership change it has gone downhill. Property manager is rude and never around. Suppose to have onsite management but that went away so they could rent out the model. They pick and choose which rules in the lease they want to enforce. High turnover so constantly have new neighbors.
