I wish I could give Dr. Varujan Belekdanian and everyone at Overpeck Animal Hospital more than five stars. We recently had a frightening emergency with our beloved Maine Coon, Luxor, after he suffered a severe adverse reaction to a topical flea medication. He became very sick very quickly, with vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite, and other alarming symptoms. Our Ivy is 16 years old and in the last 6 months has had some health issues. Dr Belekdanian has been supportive, caring and provided us and Ivy with everything She has needed to keep Her going. She really is our emotional support dog and We are thankful to have a Vetrenarian who understands all of our needs.

I just wanted to add to an earlier review. Our Ivy has been treated for Her arthitic hind legs now for almost a year. I've never had a dog so happy to go to the Vet. The tech that gives Her a Librella shot couldn't have been kinder to both our Furbaby and Mom. The staff at the front desk is always welcoming and friendly and of course has treats for Ivy. can't say enough good things about our experience with Overpeck Animal Hospital, I highly recomend.

The BEST vet we've been to so far. We've lived in Brooklyn, Queens and gone to a Vetco in Jersey and this is BY FAR the best service we've been to compared to all the veterinarians we've been to. Place - Has parking - Bathroom was very clean. The wallpaper was patterned with dogs. - Exam rooms are very clean and spacious. Service - EXCEPTIONAL. We took our dog to this clinic for an allergy shot (Apoquel) which he requires every May or June and September. The vet took the dog into a back room to administer the shot, instead of doing so in our presence in the outer exam room. We brought our little guy home and he experienced NO RELIEF at all. He continued to chew his paws and scratch himself raw. We took him to Oradell Animal Hospital the next day, where he received the shot (in our presence) and within hours he was resting comfortably.
