I had my first facial here yesterday, and my experience was mixed. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming! The facial itself was okay, but there were a few things that left me disappointed. The treatment room was very small, and it didn't feel particularly comfortable. I was also surprised when the esthetician told me I had acne. I have sensitive skin with some hyperpigmentation and only occasional breakouts, but I never had acne. Today was my first experience with OVME in Bethesda and I couldn’t be happier! The front desk staff was so friendly and professional, and helped me find every single special that would apply to the services I needed, which is always appreciated. Kate was excellent and took time to explain everything to me and I can say I think I have found my new place. Thanks y’all.
The girl who did my hydrafacial was amazing! But I was recently charged $300.... $100 a month for January, February and March for canceling my appointment. They took the $300 put all at once without notice. I'm a nurse, I work overnight so I've had to cancel/reschedule my hydrafacial (apparently 3xs in January, February, and March) and instead of notifying me or reaching out, they waited for 3 months to pass and charge me $300.
