From the front desk to the nurse injection specialist, the entire team is cheerful and welcoming. I’ve been coming here for some time and have always had great experiences. This was ny first time at OVME. The staff greeted me in a very friendly matter. I had Amanda do a hydrofacial. She was friendly and explained the process. However, I did not care for her suggesting other services, or becoming a member during the session. After I paid I looked at my bill. Online the hydrofacial says starting at 149. I was charged 190. Allie was fantastic. Took time to review my chart prior to my arrival and then asked what i liked and didn’t like with the results from previous visits. She was so good that i didn’t feel half of the procedure. Can’t say enough good things!
Everyone at OVME is extremely knowledgeable and they focus on giving the absolute best care to their patients! I want to give a huge special thank you to Purvi, not only is she super talented, but she spent over an hour with me answering all my questions and coming up with a treatment plan that worked for me.
