Booking an appointment is easy, the space is clean and well lit. The staff is also friendly. My rating would be higher, but they do not tell you until after services are complete that (unlike other providers), they do not accept HSA as a payment option, and they add a $9 surcharge to credit card payments. In addition, I was charged ~$75 more for service than I was quoted.

I had a very troubling experience at OVME Chapel Hill that I feel is important for others to know. I received facial injections on October 29, and within days I developed significant swelling, pain, and an infection under my eye and cheek. The infection became severe enough that I ended up at Duke Hospital and later had to see a facial plastic surgeon, who removed two rounds of pus from the area.
