Five stars, easily. I’ve been coming to OVME for a while now, and the experience is consistently excellent from start to finish. Booking is easy, the office is clean and welcoming, and they always run on schedule — which I really appreciate. Lindsey, the NP, is outstanding. I want to start by saying that the injector herself was great. She was knowledgeable, skilled, and I was happy with the way she performed the treatment. My disappointment was with what happened when I got to the register. I came in because of the $399 filler promotion and was expecting that promotional pricing. I was told that a different type of filler was being used, but I was never clearly informed that this meant my price would increase to $499 before the treatment was performed. Love coming here! Staff is amazing and welcoming! Love everyone from front desk. I trust Kimmy with her expertise and Emma with my facial treatments. Highly recommend them.
First time at OVME and my experience was outstanding. The girls at the desk are super friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. Erin who I saw for injections put me at ease and is so informative and explains treatment options so well. She understood my objectives and I’m looking forward to coming back to OMVE again for future treatments. The environment is clean and modern. No hard sells, no pressure, just very excellent communication and service.
Had a lovely facial with Ashlynn today. She was friendly, knowledgeable and made me glow! Excited to try her product recommendations as the fall circles in. Look forward to seeing her next month!
