I've been going here for the past 2 years. I appreciate the environment- clean, fresh, and no frills. I've only booked for Botox so can't review on the other services but have been happy with everything so far. The prices are a bit higher but I appreciate they don't try to upsell you or convince you into services you don't need or want. (Honestly they could try harder to sell more!) but I do appreciate that they don't. Appointments are easy to book online and all of the staff are always friendly and efficient.
I have been going to OVME monthly for almost 2 years now and will continue for the foreseeable future (I have the membership). All of the staff is very kind and helpful and the facility is always clean and peaceful. I've most consistently worked with Emily H and she is wonderful. You can tell she is knowledgeable and truly loves her job. She takes wonderful care of my skin and I have had zero issues with any of the treatments I've received. I've had a membership at the Fairfax OVME since July of 2022. I couldn't be happier with the services received and my skin speaks for itself. I am constantly getting compliments on skin, and look ten years younger than I did five years ago! No one ever believes I am on 40's doorstep. So far so good! I'm surprised there aren't any reviews yet. I've already had several appointments and no complaints. The ladies are attentive, patient and talented. So far they have all have been great! No matter how many questions I ask they are always patient and they take their time answer everything. I've been very happy with all the treatments I've received so far. Looking forward to my next appointment!
I recently visited this med spa for a consultation regarding a sunspot on my face. The provider was very kind and thorough during the appointment. She took photos, pointed out areas of concern, and recommended three chemical peels as the first step, with the option of laser treatment if needed. I left feeling excited and ready to move forward. Cameryn was really moody during my facial. She also bruised my face really bad and didn't even explain that it'd be bruised after a procedure. I do not recommend her.
Really disappointing experience. To start with a positive note,location is prime,renovation and design are modern and trendy,place is extremely clean. This is all good news.Now,to negative. I am really disappointed in my experience at OVME. I was really looking forward to a good facial after a long Covid hiatus but this place did not meet my expectations. Overall, the place feels very cold and sterile. The employees are not warm at all. My aesthetician was nice and professional, but not personal at all.
