This place is a no go don't waste your time although the receptionist is nice not a place to go appt at 10 am it's 11:19 still sitting here not seen waiting to try on dentures you or your time are not valued here. And they fitted for dentures 4 times and still didn't get them right. If this is caring, I don't want it... check somewhere else. To have a elderly person waiting so long shame on them.
My experience was okay the dentist is very knowledgeable about his profession,However I was charge an extreme about of money up front and my insurance will bill at the same time . They don’t do pre authorization so that you can know how much you need to pay along with your insurance. The woman at the front desk is extremely nasty ! Rude and disrespectful . This dental Clinic price is outrageous for checkup in which I believe my insurance cover 100% of my checkup every year but to my surprised I was that told that my insurance only covered 60% and I have to pay 40% then I said no problem because I was in pain so I don’t have any choice, both the front end desk and the dentist work ethics is zero all what they care about is money and very big price compare to others. Will advice to stay away from this location.
The receptionist was nice at first but then they became very rude and dishonest they lied to me on multiple occasions then when trying to make my appointment they hung up on me just to never return my phone call nor answering me. They became very unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend at all. I’m in need of a tooth extraction as soon as possible and these people just take advantage and make it seem like they care and are going to help only to not help and lie and try to steal.
Staff is very friendly. However, I was told that I’ll be able to get my x-ray and cleaning done on the same day but was not able to get my cleaning done because they have a part-time hygienist who only works on Thursdays and she’s booked up so I was a bit disappointed that I was not correctly informed. I called back one week later to see if i can get an appointment to get my cleaning done and was told by the very friendly receptionist that I have been dismissed by the practice because of my bad review.
