This place is a no go don't waste your time although the receptionist is nice not a place to go appt at 10 am it's 11:19 still sitting here not seen waiting to try on dentures you or your time are not valued here. And they fitted for dentures 4 times and still didn't get them right. If this is caring, I don't want it... check somewhere else. To have a elderly person waiting so long shame on them.
I was impressed with Dr. Moss's attention to detail and his commitment to ensuring that I received the best possible care. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with the results of my treatment, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Overall, I would highly recommend Dr. Moss to anyone who is looking for a skilled and compassionate dentist. He is truly one of the best in the business, and I feel very fortunate to have him as my dental provider.
Got a quick appt with ease, the secretary at the desk was amazing! Well mannered, professional and courteous young lady. The dentist is very well trained with a prestigious background. Dr. Moss did an excellent job with treating my gingivitis. Painless procedure and handled so efficiently I almost forgot I was at the dentist! This is the cleanest and most professional office with the most up to date technology! Absolutely 5 ⭐️ stars hands down best in the area! I will not go anywhere else! Found a new dental home.
Staff is very friendly. However, I was told that I’ll be able to get my x-ray and cleaning done on the same day but was not able to get my cleaning done because they have a part-time hygienist who only works on Thursdays and she’s booked up so I was a bit disappointed that I was not correctly informed. I called back one week later to see if i can get an appointment to get my cleaning done and was told by the very friendly receptionist that I have been dismissed by the practice because of my bad review. Dr Moss is an amazing dentist. From the front desk to the back office, the staff is both professional and comforting. I had a tooth removed today; It was a painless experience. Even with my anxiety, Dr Moss’s calm demeanor placed me at ease that I was going to be okay. The entire atmosphere of the clinic is so relaxing. I will definitely recommend Dr Moss to my family and friends.
