So very grateful for the fast and efficient work that was done on our ac unit. We had a very respectful and friendly technician who explained what was needed. Gave us our options without pressure. Allowed us time to speak about our option and when we finally decided he went right to work. Everything was handled professionally and promptly. I was referred to Owyhee Heating etc by my Uber driver of all people because they had a spring special for an AC check/tune up. The pricing was reasonable and they were able to send a technician out quickly. I asked if they would check on my furnace as well. I've been using Owyhee Heating & Gas for about two years now and I've always been impressed with them. I recently needed a new compressor on my AC unit and Scott did an excellent job doing the work. He arrived on time, was very courteous, answered all my questions, and made sure I was satisfied with his work. I was particularly impressed by the professional way he conducted himself and I could tell he knew his stuff!
We just had another great experience with Owyhee Heating and Air. Scott serviced our furnace/air conditioner and flushed our water heater. We were provided with a 3-hour time period at scheduling and on the day of service, a call when the tech was 15 minutes away.
