Kenneth Sinclair arrived on time, was very polite & friendly and completed the task assigned him. I would highly recommend him to my friends & family. I’ve been with Owyhee Heating & Air for a number of years. They do not disappoint.
So far Owyhee Heating and Cooling has been great. From scheduling to a very polite young technician. He did a good job with my scheduled maintenance and accomplished everything necessary. I do wish they would keep track of my filters and just replace them with my maintenance contract but just a suggestion. Saves me from the small hassle of buying them. Overall, so far I would recommend owhyee for your heating and cooling needs.
Elijah came for our fall maintenance. I was delighted to see it was him since each time he has been to our home he has been outstanding. He is efficient, respectful, and very careful to leave everything clean and in perfect working order. We've been with Owyhee for many years and continue to be very pleased with their service.
Kenneth came to do a maintenance inspection on my parent's HVAC system. Kenneth was professional and very kind with a great big smile to share. He took time to explain things so each of us could understand his findings There were 3 of us with questions, his patience was amazing. The inspection and findings were clearly explained. These guys gave me the best price on a new air conditioner and had it installed the next day. The sheet metal guys were magicians. But they overlooked one small detail of turning the gas back onto the furnace. So the cool weather finally has arrived and I went to turn the furnace on, and it wouldn’t turn on. They promptly came out and figured out if the gas hadn’t been turned back on after they installed the air conditioner, and I was back up and running.
