My experience here has been amazing! Maria was helpful and attentive to get me the best car insurance after I had gotten pulled over for no license and no insurance. She treated me kindly and explained everything to me so well, gave me a great deal. Would recommend to anyone!
I feel you guys don't cherish your guest because if you did you would have tried to make me stay for another 6 months but instead you just said ok so I would never go back to you guys I regret going there I thought it was a good deal but found out it's a rip off so no thank you
No one ever answers the phone I called 8 times . she answered the phone once and said she was busy talking call back I called back and no answer.

I live a few blocks from Oxford in Elgin. However, they never pick up or call back. Today the call was routed to Alex in Addison.He actually called back twice as I had additional questions.. I never got this quick service from Elgin, Thanks Alex.
